I guess i'm just a little clear on what KStartupInfo is supposed to
*do*.  What kind of data is being passed back and forth, just "app foo
has started up"?  Is it only WM hints?

I guess, depends on what that information is for.  If it's only to
hack the WM to decide how to layer windows, then yeah, no problem.  If
there's other stuff, then it'd need to be implemented.  :)
