cmake announcement ?

Hi,

now that it is more or less decided that we go with cmake, how about an 
announcement on the dot ?
Also the cmake developers would like to announce it, but it would be better if 
KDE would announce it first.
(maybe we should even mention Kitware Inc. explicitely, since they put a lot 
of effort into cmake for becoming the buildsystem for KDE, and this mainly 
during their work-time)
