I don't know much of translations aside of the need to provide a .pot 
file, but is this really hard to do with some scripts that moves file 
on the server? At least, the right procedure now is playground (or 
external source)->review->a KDE module, and in your case it would be 
only one extra move (extragear->kdeutils).
