That quick? I don't think translators would like that. On 
http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk/index.php you can see a lot of teams are 
not finished yet with GUI translation in trunk.

Of course, the graphs on this page are spoiled by extragear-* and playground-* 
modules. So I looked at the statistics of the teams which should be able to 
supply a 100% translation in the first 3,5 release. Most of the teams are not 
up to date yet (including our Dutch translation team), and a week is just too 
short to let them finish.

And no, we're not going to wait until every language is complete, but give it 
a little more time.
