3 build system patches for 3.5.

Hi,

I'd like to put the following patches in for the 3.5 branch.  This doesn't 
change any current behavior, but it allows us to explicitly turn off features 
that we don't want to support, whether or not the proper packages are 
autodetected.


Add "--with-acl" configure switch to turn on/off Posix ACL support:

Add "--with-openexr" configure switch:

Add "--with-berkley-db" configure switch:

I'll plan to commit unless someone raises an issue.
