pdfinfo -> poppler change in requirements

Hi, http://kde.org/info/requirements/3.5.php lists pdfinfo binary as a 
optional requirement for KDE, iirc (and after doing a grep i am more 
convinced) pdfinfo was only used in the pdf kfile-plugin, but now it is not 
used there, we are using poppler for that. The attached patch changes the 
requirement.
