KApplication::randomString()

hi...

would anyone object to moving KApplication::randomString(int) to 
KStringHandler? it would remove a number of gratuitous uses of KApplication 
and put it somewhere that is a bit more findable IMHO. 

as an aside, KStringHandler will be Component i presume?
