Actually I might have written the same TODO somewhere, but as coolo made me realize,
it doesn't make sense.
Let's have QT3_SUPPORT for all qt3+kde3 support things, there's no point in having
two defines for the same purpose. A kde app either use qt3+kde3 support, or neither.

The suggested change looks fine to me. I got confused by "@deprecated use: ...",
I read it as "this is how we would use it before", instead of "please use this instead" :)

http://lxr.kde.org/ident?i=geometryArgument says only kdialog and krdc will have to
be ported, that's good.
