How to install only one module?

Hi,

I'm currently debugging kdelibs4 on windows and only want to install the
module I currently work on. I tried 'scons install kdecore' but all was
installed (and built) - this is especially boring when you changed a
header which is used everywhere.
Building only one module with 'scons kdecore' works fine...
