[PATCH] for kwalet

This patch is needed for correct msvc-compile...

kwallet.patch:
- rename KDE_EXPORT to KWALLETBACKEND_EXPORT
- rename KWALLET_EXPORT to KWALLETCLIENT_EXPORT

win.patch:
kdecore.patch:
- rename KWALLET_EXPORT to KWALLETCLIENT_EXPORT
- add KWALLETBACKEND_EXPORT
- add KDNSSD_EXPORT

kdecore.patch:
- add small comment for KDE_FULL_TEMPLATE_EXPORT_INSTANTIATION
