Need help with kdesktop patch

Hi,

I am currently working on a fix for http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113889
(KIOSK policy violation)

Over the last few days I have reworked the patches (attached to the bugreport) 
quite a lot as I discover new things in until then unknown kdesktop code.

I'd like to ask if someone could review the patches and/or test the 
modifications.
