API documentation in kdegraphics

No, that's definitely the worst possible fix for the problem. Don't mess with 
admin/ . Turn off the apidox from within djvu, for instance with

DOXYGEN_EXCLUDE = lib

or whatever. Or turn off dox entirely for kdegraphics (I see that the EBN 
isn't generating them at all).
