PPS: If you or enybody planned to help, this could be useful:

Please just send me utf8-encoded file. It would be most usable if wach line 
could be like:

"Ä„", "A",

(i.e. two strings: unicode, translated)

Note that also non-alpha signs like "@" can be translated (e.g. "_at_" in this 
case), so there's more work to do than just looking at national characters..
