extragear-pim candiate kabcclient

Hi all,

kabcclient, the commandline client for KDE's addressbook API KABC, has been in 
kdereview for about two months now.

I am mostly working on the API dox at the moment and, have not received any 
error reports so far, consider it stable.

Any decision yet if I can move it to extragear-pim?
