not necessarily. we have a LOT of code to port from KDE3 -> KDE4, we will have
a number of new / improved technologies to implement and learn and our APIs
aren't so bad that namespacing results in a tremendous amount of difference.
so if one compares the small delta of improvement namespacing will give us
relative to the large amount of work and relearning it will bring with it, i
don't feel it's worth it.
