[Kde-cvs-announce] Subversion is online

Great work. Thank you very much.

Initial question by me:
We have those Makefile.cvs files. Should we move
them to Makefile.svn? Or even Makefile.vcs (version control system)
or something other generic?
I would prefer a generic name.
