SQLite 2 and 3 mime types

Definitions attached. The proposal is to have them on KDE by default as it's a
problem to define that againg and again within various app (e.g. Knoda's
definition conflicted with Kexi's one).
Would be good to backport them to kdelibs 3.2, 3.3, 3.4.
Also attached a magic def for these formats.
These ware defined within Kexi, now Kexi installs them for KDE < 3.4 (checked
on configure stage).
