Not really - it's mainly for kdenonbeta code.
Since vimpart is in kdeaddons and was previously released, I can't move it 
on the server, I would have to make a copy for kdeblackhole - which is useless
if we have the Attic copy in kdeaddons already. Please just "cvs rm -f vimpart"
from your side.
