How to run aKHTML-based application without kdeinit?

... when passing slaves to another application, which is indeed not possible when this option is set.
Of course the bug is valid, and should be fixed, but KDE_FORK_SLAVES works in more simple cases
(e.g. I use it happily from kio_trash's regression test program).
