make apidox slow as hell and missing apidocs

SInce kdelibs/kwallet is just a container for some more subdirs, those subdirs 
need to include Doxyfile.am as well -- otherwise the doxy magic doesn't work. 
After that, for instance, kwallet/client/kwallet.h doesn't have file or 
namespace-level docs, so the class dox is suppressed.

The same kind of applies to kio/kio/ -- no Doxyfile.am included there, though 
the dox in ktrader.h look fine.

If you had _PIM_ related queries about dox, I'd know where to send you, but 
the libs dox are verrrry mysteeeerious (wiggles fingers). Especially how they 
end up on the webserver.
