Remove unnecessary dependency on libgstreamer from kttsd.

The attached patch removes an unnecessary dependency on libgstreamer from the 
kttsd executable.  It also no longer installs an .h file that does not need 
to be installed.

OK to backport to 3.4 branch?

I've never done a backport.  Would someone give instructions please?
