KGhostView

    Now that KPDF is just so amazing, why don't we gut KGhostView of its PDF 
code and thereby close a huge number of bugs/wishes?  It will also focus 
KGhostView on the task of viewing PostScript.  The only concern I would have 
is that we might need to have KGhostView launch KPDF if launched with a pdf 
file for backwards compat.  "Good" apps would ask KDE to launch the preferred 
viewer, but I guess some (3rd party?) apps out there might assume KGhostView.

   Any objections?  Any support?
