ok to add cmake support in kdelibs ?

Please just use a branch. It can be one of the many other build system 
branches spread throughout SVN and i don't want CMakeLists.txt files 
polluting kdelibs. (I already don't like the fact that they're there in 
kdevelop - so many unnecessary files there already :) )
