simpler desktop tooltips

Hi,

IMO the tooltips for .desktop files on the desktop are too detailed. The 
average user doesn't want to see all the information (size, 
modification time, ...) he only wants to know what the icon is for. 

The attached patch is only a quick hack and can certainly be improved 
but it's a starting point. Suggestions are welcome.
