There is actually user documentation both on our project site and on kde-artists.org.
Is that what you are referring?

Stephan is talking about user documentation. Superkaramba doesn't have a
handbook yet. It's probably most simple to look at the handbook of
other applications and create one at
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/kdereview/doc/. You basically have to write
a Docbook document explaining to the user how to use your application.
