[PATCH] Fix test in acinclude.am.in

The attached patch is for branches/KDE/3.5/kde-common/admin/acinclude.m4.in

It fixes a test, where the merging of two tests was not correctly done. (&& 
was simply replaced by -a, forgetting to remove the "test" too.)

Please commit it, as I do not have enough karma for kde-common/admin

Note: I do not know if a similar change is needed in trunk.
