Do you mean next week? You'll likely get a lot of resistance in doing 
that.

Maybe we can do a feature *list* freeze on Aug 1st, and then do a full 
feature and message freeze at the end of the month.

All of them. All have seen changes since KDE 3.4. The only doubt was 
kdelibs, but it too has seen too much changed to be left out (including 
some necessary changes on entities on documentation). I don't even think 
kdebase 3.5 works with kdelibs 3.4.
