Weird. Surely this compiled at the time. I wonder if the conversion to svn gave
the wrong version of admin/ for arts-1.0? You'd better find an arts-1.0 tarball...

And? What's the conflict between 2.13 being too old and 2.53 working for you?
Did you miss the digit difference?
