Hi Nicolas:

IIUC, you can call the Desktop folder anything you want.  Mine is called 
"DeskTop" and it works fine.  You just set what you want in the Control 
Center:

	System Administration -> Paths: "Desktop path"

But, I presume that you want a suitable i18n default set according to 
you choice of language.  I think that the answer for this is to have 
KPersonalizer set the default according to the language you choose when 
you first start a new user account.  As I said elsewhere, it could also 
ask the new user what they wanted for their "Documents path" and suggest 
a suitable i18n for the default $HOME/Files.
