[Proposal] Enhancing display of system users

Everywhere they are mentioned:
File management (restricted to local files for now), in the listings, 
tooltips, property dialogs
Programm execution: Run as...
Process table
Session control (see attached shot of an applet in work, other users lend from 
planetkde, forgive me :)
...

Perhaps also in places where they aren't mentioned already:
* For windows run as different user show owner's face in window bar, in task 
manager, too
* Konsole might display the face of the logged in user somewhere

Long time goal:
Map all remote and local system users to addressbook entries. Systems are all 
environments with concepts of users, like instant messaging systems, email 
systems, file systems, etc. So a user can be the administrator of his own 
world and give rights to other people for services he offers (shared desktop, 
shared windows, shared documents, etc.), regardless of the connection 
channel. So one day even local system users might be shown using the 
addressbook entry data if available.
