This is OT, but...

In the case of Kate we have more handbooks as seen in the attached screenshot. 
Of cause this is caused by a shortcoming in the help system we have (we can't 
merge files dynamically).

"<appname> Handbook" should really be short enough, but it will seem redundant 
in the toolbar of cause.
