khtml printing (Was: Fix for printouts without margins)

Unfortunately, this can results in very bad printed results for
some (badly designed) web pages, for example when you have a wide
banner image. What would be nice is a print option (to be implemented
in konqueror) that let the user print "as on screen" with possible
lateral clipping.
