I think that showing a ".." directory is an outdated (xfm) concept which leads
to all sorts of trouble. You can select ".." and delete it together with the rest
of the files? You can move ".." to another directory?
And it's really not obvious what ".." is to most people (non-unix-geeks).
IMHO a modern filemanager/filedialog shouldn't show ".."
