File deletion impossible II: Konqui reloaded ;)

I't (delete) been made optional. I'm not sure if the idea is to make it 
supported while invisbile in the future.

The option is in KDE Components, File Manager, Behavior tab. I haven't tested 
it with FTP, but i'd assume it to eb working.
