serious kfind and famd problems, help needed

Seems to deadlock while calling famd, maybe famd is blocked because we don't 
read notifications? Seems rather fragile design on the part of famd then.

There is already a call to famEventReceived() in KDirWatchPrivate::useFAM for 
that purpose, maybe such call should be added at the start of useFAM as well.
