no, because hopefully, they have sensible enough defaults that they'll need 
little configuration and they're not actually a part of konqueror, they're 
their own seperate thing. Konqueror just uses them like anything else that 
uses an ioslave. KControl is the appropriate place, IMHO. Let's not also 
forget that konqueror's configuration dialog is large enough as it is.
