This causes some interesting interactions by default with the two most popular
movie players on *nix, so should probably be reconsidered --
MPlayer and Xine, to prevent the screensaver from being activated, send a
shift key press every few seconds. In Xine the default is 10. This of
course can be deactivated on the player side, but it's rather confusing when
you start watching a movie and every 50 seconds you have a dialog pop up
informing you that the sticky keep settings have changed.
Would it perhaps be possible to use a different key?
