Showstopper in kicker

this is actually a bug that's been there for a number of releases. it affects 
some people, but not others, and i've yet to deduce what causes it. it's an 
interaction between PanelPopupButton::slotExecMenu and popupPosition (which 
is in kicker/share/global.cpp) that doesn't work out for whatever reason. i 
really haven't looked into it very much.
