[PATCH] Crash fix for KPilot

Here's a patch I got from vanRijn, reported shortly after tagging, yadda 
yadda; it turns out the skip-database code has two off-by-ones, which makes 
it useless. This makes KPilot downright dangerous to use with certain 
new-model PalmOS devices (T5 comes to mind) which play fast and loose with 
specs and that crash KPilot (and pilot-link) unless certain databases are 
skipped.

Maybe I need to get the RD a Palm unit so he can feel the necessity of these 
patches :) OK to commit?
