[PATCH] Complete move of icons in KPilot

Shortly before the freeze, I committed
kdepim/kpilot/kpilot/Icons/Makefile.am revision 1.13, which makes a whole
bunch of KPilot icons be installed in appdir/icons/ instead of in appdir/
; similarly the splash moved to pics/ . This was in response to a bug (?)
report (not in b.k.o) that the the icons were installed in the wrong place
and hence not themeable.

Like a complete d00fus, I forgot to commit the other half of this, which
is to make KPilot look in the right place for the icons; patch is
attached. OK to commit? The alternative is a KPilot with no icons and no
splash (or reverting Makefile.am to 1.12) -- I guess that wouldn't be all
bad.
