kcmfontinst does no longer work

Well I'd need to know this to progress... I've used the default fontconfig 
supplied with SuSE9.1, and now 9.2, and its fine...

How many fonts do you have installed? Perhaps fontconfig is stumbling at 
refreshing its list?

Neither do I. The problem appears to be in the io-slave, or more precisely its 
usage of fontconfig.

Well this was a slight oversight, and I've fixed this now.

Well this would be the ioslave crashing...
