settings:/ problem

Can anyone confirm, that settings:/LookNFeel/Colors
only gives 
An error occurred while loading settings:/LookNFeel/Colors:
The file or folder  does not exist.

(also some others don't work, e.g. Fonts, settings:/Desktop/Behavior,
settings:/Network/WebBrowsing/Fonts, ...)

or do I have only a local problem ?

(using CVS from today, new KDE user)
