to do so in kdetoys and still have kdelibs/kdebase based on a working admin

its not simpler, since (as pointed out) you have to manually check out 
kde-common. many people seem to forget that.

thats a problem indeed, but we don't even have anonsvn mirrors yet, and if we 
choose berkeley db backend, I don't think we'll ever have due to performance 
issues.
