slaveinterface speed calculations

Hi,
I noticed that the first couple of speed calculations in the SlaveInterface
are way off when the download is resumed. The problem is that the resume
offset is not taken into account for the calculations.
I attached a rudimentary patch, still with debug output, that seems to solve
the problem. This is the first time I had a closer look at the io slaves, so
if someone could review this.
I'm especially unsure if the offset value is already available when it is
needed for the first time.
