[PATCH] dcopidl - accepting '\r' characters

Looks like now we've got working dcopidl for any combination of \r and \n's.
dcopidl_test-pc.h and dcopidl_test-mac.h files attached.
I detest doing scanner exercises, at least now.

Accepted?
