But if it were, it would be possible because the groundwork is in place. With
the new code in kutils it is possible to make modules detect whether they
should be shown or not. I've written it for a couple, xinerama and the
joystick KCMs IIRC, but intentionally left out those laptop KCMs because it
was too messy(needed refactoring). Anyway, in KDE 4, we can make the new
KControl, whatever that will be, conditionally load modules.
