kdelibs 3.4beta2 make still broken for Openbsd

It should, because there is a ./configure test for it. We would not be 
using getservbyname_r if it didn't work.

However, your compiler doesn't like us using the symbol without declaring 
it. That's why I am wondering where it is declared, so that I can add the 
proper lines to kresolver.cpp.
