messed up layout behaviour in kicker

Hi,

kicker from CVS HEAD behaves really strange. When you set the width to
50% and choose 'Expand as required to fit contents', the clock applet is
covered half by two arrow buttons for moving this applet.

When you use the full width (100%) of the screen and try to move the
clock applet to the right border, there will always be an empty space on
the right side, which seems to be 'reserved' for the arrow buttons.

Has somebody changed kicker code which could cause this strange
behaviour?
