Query on kdelibs/kioslave/http/kcookiejar/tests/kcookiejartest

This isn't working for me:
./kcookiejartest /home/bradh/coding/KDE/kdelibs/kioslave/http/kcookiejar/tests/cookie.test

Can anyone confirm this problem? Ideas or suggestions on how to fix it?
