[patch] Accessibility fix for KUrlLabel

Thanks for the patch.

I am wondering whether it makes more sense to use the QStyle/KStyle functions 
for drawing the focus rectangle, so that e.g. the HighContrast style can use 
its own customised style here. But please note that I am not familiar at all 
with the KUrlLabel code, so my suggestion might make no sense at all. It's 
just an idea.
